I gave The Black Phone a rating of 4 out of 5 stars because I found it really engaging and creepy in a way that kept me interested the whole time. I especially liked the suspenseful atmosphere in the basement scenes and how the story builds tension through the mysterious phone calls from the previous victims. Ethan Hawke’s performance as The Grabber stood out as one of the scariest parts of the film, making the villain feel genuinely unsettling. I also thought the mix of supernatural elements with the kidnapping storyline made it more unique compared to typical horror movies. Even though there were a few parts that felt a bit slow or predictable, overall I felt the movie delivered a strong horror experience and was definitely worth watching
